Dates: no specific dates are available right now – Sundays between 10:00 -17:30 (lunch between 12:30-13:30)

How to get here: IJburg is a 15 minute tram ride (tram 26) away from Amsterdam Centraal. Parking in the nearby parking garage costs € 7,5 /day.

About me

My name is Julia Szalai, I am  birth doula, childbirth educator and pregnancy yoga teacher. In 2015 I moved to Amsterdam with my family. Since then I am supporting international families planning to give birth mainly in hospitals and birthing centers.

Since completing the 150 hours doula training of the Hungarian Békés Doula Circle in 2014, I have been continuously expanding my professional knowledge on this field. In my work I focus on providing evidence based information to my clients, so they are able to make their own decisions finding their safest options for their birth.
